MORNINGS

CIRCUIT BREAKER - An intense workout combining strength training, muscular endurance and cardio. A "circuit" is the completion of all exercise stations in the program!

THE CREW – This class takes our Daily WOD (Workout of the Day) and transforms it into a full, one-hour class! Weights, cardio, rowing, anything goes with The Crew!

BARBELL - You walk past the barbells every day – this is your chance to learn how to use them properly and effectively! This workout incorporates functional orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is challenged using barbell weights and body weight - featuring safe and motivating exercises!!

REVOLUTION - ParkFit brought Indoor Cycling to the Parkland Area! REVOLUTION will give you the cardio kickstart you need while working those lower body muscles to create power and strength.

BASIC TRAINING – An early riser must! The focus is overall fitness including both cardio and resistance training in a way that will keep your body guessing to get you fit and keep you fit!

 

NOON HOUR/AFTERNOON

DAY SHIFT - A 40 minute, intense workout that incorporates Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics and Cardio in an awesome group setting. Music, barbells and box jumps are on the menu Tuesdays at 12:10PM! This is the daytime class for Night Shifters!

REVOLUTION - ParkFit brought Indoor Cycling to the Parkland Area! REVOLUTION will give you the cardio kickstart you need while working those lower body muscles to create power and strength.

CORE – Scheduled at the center of each week, this class also targets the central core muscle group of the body. This class will increase your core strength through a variety of formats using light weights and body weight resistance.

MURPH - The #1 Google Searched workout for 2017 has been taking place at ParkFIT since the day we opened the doors! Murph consists of a 1 mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats and another mile run. This class is designed to help you work your way up to completing a FULL Murph by providing variations to the workout, guidance on gameplan and motivation in a group setting. 

EVENINGS

REVOLUTION - ParkFit brought Indoor Cycling to the Parkland Area! REVOLUTION will give you the cardio kickstart you need while working those lower body muscles to create power and strength.

NIGHT SHIFT – A 60 minute, intense workout that incorporates Olympic Lifting, Plyometrics and Cardio in an awesome group setting. Loud music, barbells and box jumps are on the menu Thursday nights at 8PM!

ROM & Recover – This class will lead you through stretching exercises developed to increase your flexibility and general Range of Motion (ROM). Designed to also protect those dealing with injuries while they work through recovery, this class is a great addition to your workout program and general health.

THE BOXING CLUB – Coach Robbie Tomkins teaches the basic fundamental skills and conditioning every Monday & Wednesday at 7PM. Participants gradually move through shadow boxing, heavy bag techniques and will eventually have the opportunity for supervised sparring. An amazing atmosphere that is like nothing else in the Parkland area.

ZUMBA - This cardio class will get hour heart rate up while you move to the amazing beats of popular music! This class is ran out of the Ochre River Rec Center every Wednesday at 7PM with Patti.
